Programming Of Works
The capabilities of SPA Trade Services are diverse, but steam from our base commitment to providing an efficient programming of works which allows all of our services to be performed efficiently and on schedule. No matter how large or small the project, SPA Trade Services provide a detailed implementation program that is prepared in conjunction with the Clients’ delivery requirements. Prepared in Microsoft Project, the program is imported into our PDA – Job Management System and then relayed to our Service Technicians using our Geo‐Coding Software. This detailed program is updated weekly and monitored daily throughout the extent of the project, which contributes to our commitment to our quality assurance process. You will also get key milestones for the project in this program, and it is the key method we use to report progress back to you.
